There is no official rule or doctrine within the Catholic Church that prohibits priests from playing video games. Ultimately, it is up to the individual priest and their personal beliefs and values. Some priests may choose to play video games in their free time as a form of relaxation or entertainment, while others may prefer to engage in different activities. **

Baptist priests are not a common term within the Baptist tradition. In the Baptist faith, the term "pastor" is typically used to refer to the leader of a local congregation. Baptist pastors are responsible for preaching, teaching, and providing spiritual guidance to their congregation. They are often seen as spiritual leaders and are involved in the administration and oversight of the church. The Baptist tradition emphasizes the priesthood of all believers, meaning that all members of the congregation are considered equal in their access to God and their ability to serve in ministry. **

Married priests are ordained clergy within certain Christian denominations who are allowed to marry and have families. This is in contrast to the tradition of celibacy among priests in the Roman Catholic Church. In some Eastern Orthodox and Eastern Catholic churches, married men can be ordained as priests, while in the Western Catholic Church, married priests are typically former Protestant ministers who convert to Catholicism and are granted permission to continue their ministry while married. The practice of married priests varies among different Christian traditions and is often a subject of debate and discussion. **

The difference in marriage practices between Protestant and Catholic priests can be traced back to historical and theological reasons. In the Protestant tradition, marriage is seen as a natural and positive institution, and many Protestant denominations allow their clergy to marry as a way to honor this belief. On the other hand, in the Catholic tradition, celibacy has been upheld as a way for priests to fully dedicate themselves to their ministry and emulate the celibacy of Jesus Christ and the apostles. This practice was formalized in the 12th century as a way to prevent priests from passing on their wealth to their children, ensuring that church property remained within the church. **

The priests who are on vacation are Father John and Father Michael. They have both taken some time off to rest and rejuvenate. During their absence, the parish has arranged for other priests to cover their duties and services. **

Voodoo priests are not necessarily shamans, as they belong to different cultural and spiritual traditions. Voodoo priests are typically practitioners of the Vodou religion, which originated in Haiti and has roots in West African spiritual practices. Shamans, on the other hand, are spiritual healers and guides found in various indigenous cultures around the world. While both Voodoo priests and shamans may perform rituals, ceremonies, and healing practices, they do so within the context of their own distinct belief systems and traditions. **

Yes, there are still new priests being ordained in various religious traditions around the world. While some regions may be experiencing a decline in the number of individuals entering the priesthood, there are still many individuals who feel called to serve as religious leaders and are pursuing the path to become priests. In some cases, there may be efforts to recruit and train new priests to ensure that there are enough religious leaders to serve the needs of their communities. **

Priests are called father as a sign of respect and honor, reflecting their role as spiritual leaders and guides within the Christian community. The term "father" is used to acknowledge their role in providing spiritual guidance, support, and care to their congregation, much like a father does for his family. It also reflects the idea of the priest as a paternal figure, offering wisdom, counsel, and love to those under their care. This title is rooted in tradition and serves to emphasize the priest's role as a spiritual father to their community. **
