Realistically depicting punches in movies involves a combination of choreography, camera angles, sound effects, and editing techniques. It is important for actors to undergo training in fight choreography to make their movements look authentic. Camera angles can be used to create the illusion of impact without actual contact, while sound effects can enhance the visual impact of a punch. Editing techniques such as quick cuts and close-ups can also help to create a sense of intensity and realism in fight scenes. **
