Viewers need to watch the entire series in order to fully understand the plot and character development. This format creates a more immersive and engaging viewing experience for the audience. **

Marvel movies and comics do not have a shared storyline because they cater to different audiences and mediums. The comics have been around for decades and have a vast, complex universe with multiple storylines and characters. The movies, on the other hand, need to condense and adapt these stories for a broader audience and a limited runtime. Additionally, the movies have their own continuity and creative direction, which may not always align with the comics. **

Yes, the Mission Impossible series has a cohesive storyline that follows the adventures of Ethan Hunt and his team as they take on various high-stakes missions. While each film has its own unique plot and challenges, there is an overarching narrative that connects the movies and the characters' development. I prefer a combination of both. I enjoy a continuous storyline that keeps me engaged and wanting to know what happens next, but I also appreciate self-contained episodes that can be enjoyed on their own without needing to follow the entire series. A balance of both allows for a mix of anticipation and satisfaction in each episode. **

I find the storyline where Ilya is a former KGB agent who has been living a double life as an American citizen more intriguing. This adds a layer of complexity to his character and raises questions about his true loyalties and motivations. It also opens up opportunities for plot twists and reveals that can keep the audience engaged and guessing. Overall, this storyline offers more depth and potential for character development for Ilya. **
